RE: Linux

If you want to vote in your operating system, you may at that link. that gives you an idea on how many use windows, linux or mac. I use Linux myself; got tired of Windows
such a crime to waste so much money, buy more software to reduce viruses and who knows what else; and to buy other software that doesn't work as well when you can get Linux for free.
sorry for ranting; don't always.

RE: Linux

Just did it, good idea.
I hope Linux users are going to be taken seriously. For sure if there is no native version of Black Plague, I will not buy the Windows version to play with Wine.

just to be clear, an earlier post indicated the Windows version does *not* play under Wine, so you may more accurately state "I will not buy the Windows version as it doesn't work."

RE: Linux

lucky for me, I have Windows as well; mostly has a backup. If I can get COD4 (which is very close), and Black Plague to work under linux, I may remove the windows harddrive/partition with some other Linux distro.

RE: Linux

Any sort of update on the Linux/Mac version progress would be much appreciated indeed. Smile

RE: Linux

unless I'm mistaken, i think Linux was available about two months after the windows version was. If that is the case, we should hopefully see something very soon, but I know things change too.
I rarely use windows, and that sort of keeps me from playing black plague.

Hmm... is it coming at all? I am still ready to buy, and I'm definitively not going for the windows version...
