I got a black box too. The game says update your drivers. I got a Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family 8.15.10.2086. Is that a latest driver. Please help me step by step. I wanna play amnesia a lot!!

if it is a desktop you can buy a new graphics card, if it is a laptop then you must get a new one
