Graphic glitch in black plague

Hello,
I just recently purchased blackplague from gamersgate.com, and I'm coming across this glitch...

That is supposed to be the soda machine after you pop out of the vent in the beginning.

Is there any way to fix this? Or am I in need of a new graphics card? I currently have an ATI Radeon HD 3450.

I updated the graphics driver... but that hasnt helped. I should note that It's not just the soda machine, there seem to be a lot of problems with any general texture in light fixtures or on the walls.

Edit: Is there a good screen cap program so that I can maybe put a video on youtube to show you?

Edit: Im actually looking to get an upgrade... can you recommend any integrated cards for around $100?
