Solved: 9 Years, 2 Weeks ago Game is crashing! Help!

The game crashes on the time when I enter one of the doors.
It keeps doing that even I reinstalled the whole game.

Is there a trouble on the save game files?

When it crashes, there's no error messages. It just returns on the Windows mode.

Please help!

what place are you in? messhall, sewers etc. and send here a hpl log from C:\Documents and Settings\whateveritis\My Documents\Penumbra

I'm in the chemical room, escaping the extramination witch comes in 2 minutes. When I ran to the exit it crashers.

I tried the hotfix, but it didn't work.

I even tried to change the graphipcs options, but no, still not working.

In the gamers gate version this should already be fixed. So it should not happen. Also using the patch on the Gamers Gate version will not work.

Exactly what happens?
