So Anoying crash

So it happened when i took that chemical from chemical laboratory and came out of the emergency exit in less that a minute(i e before 2 minutes).Just when i opened the door there was a loading saying....

'Now i got the chemical in my tow........................etc'

And then came the sh*t.The game crashed.I tried it various times but in vain.The same problem remained.

Please tell if there is a patch or something to fix it.

Any help will be appreciated.
