What's the stupidest thing you've done in Amnesia?

When I accidently made a jumpscare while testing my cs.. It was horrible

I remember I had a grunt chasing me and I ran to a door and tried to open it, only to not get through it, (but I thought I did) and then I paused the game, took a breather, and unpaused it... This was when I crapped my pants because he was still there.

Going through a door while running away from a monster, trying to shut it but finding I didn't go through the door far enough and just ended up closing it with myself and the monster in the same room.

I guess that can't be helped. What could've been helped was placing too many barrels in front of a monster, having him break them, then waiting for the lag in the game to stop... Some 45 minutes later. This also seemed to remove most of the other objects in the level. Doors, boxes, other various items. Almost everything but the walls and shelves, staircases. Everything else - gone. It was quite weird and I would avoid doing it in the future.
