Also the model contains 106,601 polygons. Which is WAAAY too many, you can't use that model in game.
that many polygons? Exclamation ?

I can make one entire character with only one polygon

He prolly never heard of the function extrude?

Umm...I think you're confusing polygons with elements here. You cannot make a character that consists of only one polygon, unless that character is rendered onto a plane ^^

As a reminder: A polygon is a face that is formed by three or more vertices. But you probably know that, right? Wink

Anyway, it doesn't matter since candlejack has already aquired a lowpoly of the character in question.

Polygons are what I just said they are. Faces contained by vertices. Smile A Cube has 6 Polygons or 12 triangles. (smallest polygon possible)
Elements (or subobjects I think they are called in Maya) are "groups" of polygons that are separated from others. For example your character can have a bunch of grenades hanging from his belt that are not connected to the geometry of the body, but still part of the whole mesh/ object.

That's precisely it the monster requires a dummy animation in order to function properly so the only way to get him to work correctly is to give him at least one bone and i posted the error i got but apparently no one knows what it means for i have not gotten a reply on it.
