Gateway with i3+hd graphics 3000 HELP

I have read throughout the whole website and could not find my problem. i am running on a gateway laptop that has a weird setup. it has core i3 and HD graphcs. i read somewhere that intel hd graphics 3000 now supports open GL. when i went to my laptop's website. there was no update for my graphics card. there still isnt. if need be i can give you full specs and websites. i just really need help with this.

also use the 2622 driver
