there's a specific script code for it, it was like "DisableEnemyTriggers" or something.
but you can click the grunt and go to the entity tab and unselect one of them boxes

this is the script:

void SetEnemyDisableTriggers(true or false);

If disabled (false) enemy will not react to player or attack.

You can also set the triggers off in the level editor.
