game start fine but on start playing problems happen

my screen is just dark , I can see the subtitles , I can hear Daniel , and open the book with the (M) key and See it. So , uhm , how can I fix this. Really looking forward to play

Your graphics card is not supported by Amnesia, so you are unable to play the game. Sorry :[

Also, no need to make your writing so big. We can read the regular writing just fine

WTF he can play the game. thanks for fast reply but the problrem is my card is not intel hd its Intel® G41 Express Chipset Sad

What? The game runs with this graphics card? It should just show a blackbox error. Whatever, attach me your hpl.log file after the problem occurs as said in the sticky guides.

@plutomaniac yes it runs but the intro is just a black screen with the text no background effect such as the torch and other and when I start the game i see only the subtitles and after pressing M button i see that the book appears clearly and that's what i have said in the first post

and the log is also in the first post
