[BLACK BOX] error 0023:000000 HELP NEEDED

When I press start new game. The loading screen appears, and then the game crashes and this error appears.

OS: Windows 7 64-bits Ultimate
Graphic Card: GeForce GT 240/PCIe/SSE2
