Making fire

I'm trying to simulate a house fire and after playing with the "13_burner"(?) lamp I realised that it wouldn't work. Partly because the fire is so small and scaling it doesn't do anything except separate the flames and not making them bigger and putting multiple small flames, to let's say cover a wall, looks wrong.

Is there an available model that someone has made or is there perhaps a particle system I could use?

RE: Making fire

How about the bonfire? And scaling it larger?
It's under Entities/lamps

Trying is the first step to success.

RE: Making fire

It is possible to modify and resize a fire particle-file in the particle editor and create a new, bigger one. Try to experiment with different values and see what you get!

RE: Making fire

I actually found a particle system, the one used in the orb room, and just changed the color.

RE: Making fire

You can use the Particle Editor to make fires as big as you want. you can do whatever you want with it, really.
