Ok guys to those who already know who i am won't be surprised by a lot of this, and to those who don't Ender is my custom story revolving around the slenderman. No it is not a reference to enderman in the title. Its actually based of off were it takes place Endersburg Scotland. In this thread i will post pictures and show previews and progress on my custom story. However in order to release it i need to contact the creator of white night and the "modeler" from Painful shadows for i do use his trees. A lot of the maps are built already. I'd say however that i started this in July and am now only about 50% done. So if you know the creator of white night or the modeler for painful shadows or are them i need your thumbs up on this project. Do not expect expert mapping like Tenebris lake or heart bondage but do not expect complete and utter shit either. I have had experience with mapping for about a year now and will post previews of my project along the way. So this thread is here for you to tell me what you want to see or what kind of maps you prefer I am also looking for someone who knows how to turn this into a conversion were when you die its over, no saving no stopping. It is a journey for the talented similar to justine. Once i have cam studios working ill post a trailer. Please stay tuned to this thread and if i were you I'd also watch this one for progress on the actual slenderman monster. The entire gimmick of this one is not to look at him at all. since we can't get him to attack were making it you get a good look at him your done. So be prepared he could spawn anywhere even right in front of you if that's what i deem necessary. So post your feed back enjoy this forum (no hate) constructive criticism is of course allowed. I have made custom stories in the past but never released them for i used models i do not own. So if you know the people i asked for earlier have them contact me and i am currently working on contacting them. I also just contacted measuring creator of Tenebris lake. So that's why he wasn't on the list for needed contacts.

Clever spambot tho... hiding all those links in a pile of nonesense text. I bet that is so spamfilters won't detect it or something.

Anyway, I really like the idea Streetboat mentioned in your other thread: Having the Slenderman attract the gaze of the player with a subtle StartPlayerLookAt function. I imagine that would be really freaky - you know you're not supposed to look at him but suddenly your character moves his head and you have to really fight that with the mouse ^^
Or maybe it would just be really annoying... But you should at least test it.

Ok so what are your suggestions on how slendy should function a guy on the last thread said to add a timer what do you think?

Ill be uploading my first screenshots tonight or tomorrow. I have exactly 8 levels done and think there will be anywhere from 15-20 maybe more. I will be making more CS about the slenderman after this for i am incredibly happy that i have a slenderman model in my grasp.

Here is how the slenderman appears in marble hornets http://media.photobucket.com/image/recen...erator.png For those who don't know who marble hornets are they are a slenderman web series that i personally believe is true (i don't want everyone here to fight if it is or not do not even mention it please) My model does not look like slenderman from marble hornets slender sanatorium or hospice. Also there's another one called slender mod better then original slender or the others and has a way better model then any of them but no mine does not look like there's. Do not expect anything identical to that of those games my model stands out compared to there's for it is very very different. To those who are true to the slenderman mythos you will like my model if you only know him from those games you will not.

Ok so an Ender Update. Yes their will be an Easter egg "map" here i will put a shout out those who inspired me the most and gave me the greatest support. Turns out i forgot a couple of small stuff and need to contact a few more people. Will work on Ender tonight

I noticed in the hallway with an unlit chandelier that there was no boxlight. This seemed prevalent in the outdoors screenshots as well. The tile amounts were also too large.

EDIT: What is with your attraction to nude mods on Skyrim and nude pictures in TF2 and Amnesia? :l

The chandelier was unlit so that it would darken the corner giving the room a bit more depth. My tile amounts are at there smallest possible size and there is a blue box light in all outdoor maps excluding 06_redwoodsquarters for it caused WAAAAAY to many problems with the actual level itself.

Also the nude mods in skyrim were for a friend of mine whos name i will not reveal for obvious reasons and the tf2 was...well yea for porn silly. I'm a 15 year old who spends most of his free time working on this custom story or alone. Why do ye think i got them lol. Didn't think that needed an explanation. Also i don't have any nude amnesia screenshots buddy and i "did" warn you to stay in my amnesia screenshots labeled Ender did i not there is one that i forgot to label ender with a mansion outside but that's about it

The tile amount is turned down to its normal level i think i also mentioned The mansion fits together well so if you drawed out the first like 6 levels on a map it work fit together just fine. So it makes sense it feels right no flickering textures properly aligned walls and planes. Those are not the best levels i own on me i'm not just going to sell you the great stuff right away. You need to play it so get a real glimpse at my best.

There are also 2 other chandeliers bordering it that is creating the light around it. so thats why its the only one unlit for it would make the room to bright and would make no sense not to put one there.

If there isn't a boxlight in one of my outside areas its because its bordered by an inside area that it creates issues with.

My outside areas don't start until about map 7. By this i mean after redwoods quarters which is my number one most glitchy map. I am actually did have to splice it together in order to add to the story of you actually..."leaving" the mansion. It isn't game breakingly bad but has an improper seam here and there and has no box light thats about it. The level is also one of the shortest and brings you to one of my favorite outdoor maps. Remember i've only made about 4 custom stories in the past and this is the first one i am actually releasing. I did say don't expect it to be amazing like white night or tenebris lake but don't expect complete and utter shit.

Those are also very nit picky small things you picked out instead of anything completely giant.
