the log didnt changed after updating the log...

Can't you just do it? Pick New Reply at the bottom of the page and at the bottom of the reply window, you will see "Add Attachment". Attach the hpl.log there so we can have the file.

And stop asking for a refund. Again, it is no one's fault but yours. We are trying to help you.

You have no video card drivers installed. Not the game's problem. Follow the guides or find a way to fix your gpu drivers.
