Yes, I think I heard somewhere that it is the last piece of DLC we'll be getting. To be honest tho, I think these three are quite enough for now to put an end to the "Dishonored 1" saga
Anyways I beat the DLC just a little while ago, and got "Cleanest Hands"
The DLC was good. Nothing extraordinarily ground-breaking, but adds enough to Dishonored to make it a overall fun ride.

If you're talking about Edgar Wakefield, the first guy, just choke him out or do whatever to him as long as he doesn't die lol
For the second part, just talk to the Weezer, and his Nurse. They'll tell you that in exchange for the coil they want you to go restart something-whatever in the sewers. After you finish that up you can go back, get the coil, and leave.
@Lazzer: Level design, production quality, fun stealth gameplay, and interesting creative options for killing enemies. Also a world that felt like it was alive.
