Purchase Error - JENS TAKE A LOOK PLEASE

I'm having a problem when purchasing Amnesia. Also, sorry if this is in the wrong section. I bought Amnesia yesterday through the Frictional Games store and when I try to put the email and Order number. The error "No such purchase, please try again" appears. I triple checked the email and order number but still the error persists. I have messaged Jens already so I'm awaiting a reply.

Has this happened to anyone else?
