I once told a few classmates (who are into Anime) that Anime is the genre where anything goes.

I'm not a fan myself, but I think I pretty much explained Anime in a nutshell.

I've started my re-watch of the awesome Higurashi, and just finished with the first arc. The below may, or may not be considered a spoiler depending on how you look at it:

Re-watching the first arc now that I know why everything that has happened happened, it is now one of the most saddest, and tragic things I have bore witness to. I can't help but feel sorry for the entire situation.
