I'd love to live in a time where Virtual Reality is a thing.

SAO... But I haven't watched a lot of animes. The other one I've watched is Death Note, and that universe could be the same as ours.

Whatever that answer really is, I don't want to know. Anyway, there's another anime airing, which might be also to your liking: it's called Orenchi no Furo Jijou. Maybe not bl, but meant for shoujo. It's more of a comedy oriented show. Just don't know how good it is, since I have even durst not to take a peek at it.

Finished FMA:Brotherhood last weekend. Solid 8/10, definitely recommended.

Oh, I am not the only one feeling it's not as perfect as others say?

The shows I've been watching this season: Amagi Brilliant Park - good, show with lots of enjoyment -, Parasyte - an excellent sci-fi show-, Mushishi: Zoku Shou 2nd - love the show as I love the previously mentioned-, Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso - great musical show with romcom and slice of life elements- ; and the lower cast: Trinity Seven, Sword Art Online 2, Ushinawareta Mirai O Motomete, Madan no Ou to Vanadis - shows which I do not exactly value, but watch regardless; they've their moments.

Shows I just started: Nichijou, Psycho Pass and Nana.

I've watched Mawaru Penguindrum (series) , I loved it! If you want a surreal and emotional rollercoaster, look no further.

I also watched two short films, Tsumiki no Ie and Little Witch Academia. LWA was pretty charming, and Tsumiki no Ie was absolutely amazing!

Just watch.
