Stuck in Agrippa's part

hey there!
im stuck in the Agrippa part.
I've already found all orbs pieces and put them on their place.
I have a jar of blood, a bone, and a poison Gland.
Im guessing i have to make Agrippa's tonic, but i dunoo how to open the laboratory.
I'd really like someones help. i've been stuck in this part for
4 days!!

Wait what, you can't put pieces of the Orb on the pedestal, not until you escape the Prison. And after the escape, laboratory will be open.

I maneged to put the orbs there, but the laboratory is still not open :/

1 question. HOW?! Make sure you have all 6 orb parts. If you do, your game is perhaps glitched

Yes, is the orb COMPLETELY full in the Chancel? If not you may have to revisit the Torture rooms.
And even so, you don't need to take Agrippa, but you can't finish the game until you go to the Cells
