Justine Patch not working?

When I launch the game, it shows Justine in the bottom right corner of the launch screen, but once it's selected it doesn't load. It just moves the mouse closer to the top left corner of the screen. The regular Amnesia game works fine, along with the custom stories that include the Justine patch. It's just the actual Justine game that won't start up.

Im using Windows 7. Thanks!

I had received the game from a friend (non steam version I believe). She had done the installing for me.

Well, if we don't know the source of the game we can't really help. There are different versions of the updates. You need to ask her from where did she get it.

Well, ask your friend where she got it. And then, install the game and the update again, but it must be YOU to install it. (she may have done some things....)
