No it just sucks, and all the people on it seem like douchebags
(I'm glad you enjoy it though Tongue)

On another note, watched 'Enter the Void' by Gaspar Noe recently, that's some messed up sh*t, anyone else had the pleasure of seeing it? Kinda put it in a similar category to Requiem for a Dream, though it's still very different. It's a pretty mind-blowing visual experience, if you set aside the right time to really get into it

Well, the first generation (season 1 and 2) weren't douchebags, they did stuff which I don't approve of at all, but it explores issues in a fresh, funny but also dramatic way.

As for the characters in the second gen, only onto the 3rd episode but the characters in general do seem more douchey.

Well Since we are on to series as well now.... I saw the 2 seasons of the highly famous and loved by many "Game of Thrones".

It was the longest porn vid I've ever seen. Everything I saw there was just porn. I know series where there is a story of sorts, and has sex scenes to spice things up a bit... However the game of thrones does this backwards. The porn is the main focus of the damn series and the story is only there to give a reason to why someone is fucking another character in another place.

It was just a god awful to watch... Now the only reason why I might see the third season is because of those zombie guys are finally going to show up (and because of the midget cuss he is the only genuinely interesting and funny character in this). Though I doubt it will be any better...

Yeah I don't mind discussing series and shizz too.

Seen Game of Thrones advertised a few times but I've never been into those sorts of series... Anything to do with living back then or in a mythical world seems to emphasize sex a lot though (seems that way to me anyways)

Was that the Swedish or American version?

American, they just had it showing on the little TV thing attached to all the seats so I decided to watch it.

I kinda did watch a part of the American one. Though most people I've met say the original is much better. Guess its something I'll have to watch.

Aha interesting debate this...

I watched the Swedish original before the American remake. I loved the original, thought Noomi Rapace was perfect as Lisbeth and that the pace of the film was perfect. I didn't have great expectations for the remake.

When it came to the remake, I was very pleased they kept the setting of Sweden (I had a fear they would set it in America as they normally do for remakes). Daniel Craig was as good if not better than Michael Nyqvist (heard not many people thought Nyqvist was that great) and was very relieved to see that Rooney Mara had made her portrayal of Lisbeth her own.

My conclusion is that the original is very good, and I do think they tell the story and push the narrative of the murder mystery a lot better than the remake. However the remake has better character development and the relationship between Mikael and Lisbeth is more believable. You can clearly see David Fincher wanted to focus more on their relationship as the films narrative continues for almost 20 minutes after the mystery had been solved. What this allows though is a better follow up with The Girl Who Played With Fire. I thought the original was lacking.

Just watched "The Adventures of Tintin" on my tv.
The movie was quite funny. I almost laughed all the time. Especially at the part where they chasing over three papers in Baghdad. And at the plane.
It was good film and I love it.

GoT's characters are by far the best in fantasy, and it's a shame most people don't like the show because of the sex.

THIS.
Danny seems to have a problem with premature analyzation.

The last movie I watched was The Navigator (Buster Keaton). I was really disappointed by how boring this film is; I'm 30 minutes in and am not sure I want to finish it. The only other BK movies I've seen are Sherlock, Jr. and Speak Easily which I absolutely loved (especially Sherlock, Jr.).
