LevelEditor.exe/EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ig4icd32.dll

I have this error when trying to move the LevilEditor program window or any other editing program window -
"PROGRAMNAME".exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ig4icd32.dll at 0023:0349AC00

I can't seem to copy and paste the Stack Trace.

This is my laptop -

I have version 1.2 patch installed.

Your graphics card is not supported but update your Intel HD drivers to the latest version with the Have Disk method mentioned here

My graphics card is completely up to date now but still not working so I give up because it will not work... Thanks.
