Every time I right click when the eye icon pops up the screen gets covered in a white shadow and the colors are inverted. I changed the settings so Bloom is Off, Shader Quality is Medium (everything looks normal but when I right click), and Post Effects On. I am using Windows 7 64 bit and I my graphics card is fine. I have played the other two Penumbra games just fine after changing the settings and I have just finished the second one today without a problem.

Try disabling all the graphics options one by one and see if anything fixed that issue. Since I'm the one who found what settings work for Intel HD cards I only tested in at a 3000 card. I don't think there should be a difference with the Ivy version but who knows what Intel fu%$ up every time.

OK I fixed it. I turned off the Depth of Field and it went back to normal. Thanks
