Need Retail patch

Hello, i wan't to get the latest patch for the retail version of Penumbra so i can play on. The 1.0.2 Patch does not fix the heavy graphics failures in the game.
I'm using two Radeon HD3870 and most objects in the game and even some parts of the levels have a no textures on their lower half but a single-color instead.
Some parts of the game were hard to play. Like the part where you walk through the spider tunnel at the excavation point. It was all pure grey!
Now I'm at the area behind the big mining machine and i can't play on because the floor is all brown-colored and i dont see the holes....
please help me.
