RE: Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs Discussion Topic Part 2
I'm a bit skeptical about AAMFP game soundtracks and ambience. I've looked up the works of Jessica Curry and while they are all nicely composed, the problem is that they're all so calm and friendly. Most of them if not all is just a piano playing a relaxing tone. Yes i know, without a doubt she will approach it differently because it's a horror game and all that... But how experienced is she with making disturbing soundtracks that awaken your imagination and fill you with horror?
IMO, mikko did a great job at Penumbra but at ATDD he did absolutely awesome and i'd be very excited to see new works from him so i was kinda "Meh" when i heard that he will not be working on AAMFP.
And yeah, just because Jessica composes neat soundtracks for a calm game that doesn't mean she's also going to be neat with composing horror ones.
ALSO, bear in mind before you jump me. I'm not flaming Jessica or her works, quite the opposite. I think she composes wonderful soothing soundtracks but i have a bit of a doubt about the experience she has in horror ones
Sorry but we cannot change your avatar as the new avatar you specified is too big. The maximum dimensions are 80x80 (width x height)

A few of us were lucky enough to hear one of the tracks she had written for AAMFP when she accidentally made it public on her Soundcloud profile - trust me, you have nothing to worry about.

I strongly agree with Paddy, we've heard a track called ''Mors Preametura''. I can't remember anything as vile, morbid and disturbing as that one. I believe she will outdone Mikko.

Sorry for not being so accurate
Haha sorry You can see a small version of it in one of Jessica Curry's Twitter posts:

It's the one on the bottom-right.
