Sounds more like sventreram to me, but that word doesn't seem to exist in Latin.

In Italian, the verb sventrare means "to disembowel".

From Wiktionary:

Quote:sventrerà
  1. third-person singular future of sventrare

I think endless battery could work so long as there is a good reason to turn it off sometimes. Maybe the monsters react to the light from the lantern now? If they see shadows or light moving around a corner, maybe now they'll go investigate. That'd be a good reason to be careful about using the light. Oil was never a problem for me in TDD, it was just another thing to watch and gave me a reason to explore a little bit.

Also, anyone know how the sanity system works now? I don't remember seeing anything about that.

Have started to think that we all need to calm down a little.

Game development takes time, especially polishing and bug fixing, porting and so on! Frictional are working as hard as they can, and sitting on your computer-chair whining isn't going to give you the game any faster.

Let's all be patient from now on and wait for a official date. Wink

Whenever FG sees it fitting to release it.
Let me ask you a simple question:

1. Would you rather they release it now unfinished, takes tons of space, not translated properly, badly optimized, flickering textures (I fucking hate those)
and have it crash from time to time or all the time.
Have the forums overflow with bug threads and "my game crashes constantly"

OR

2. Wait for it's actual release, get a as good as possible game, completely optimized and close to perfect?

I don't got any answers. I wanna be with Marlene... But I gotta fight. 'Cause if I don't, the planet's gonna die... So I'm gonna keep fightin'!

You don't follow game development do you? The average game takes two years to make, Pigs is around a year and 8 months. So it's actually a damn healthy development timeline, and considering its building on a well made foundation, all that extra time is just going into a more polished experience. When you guys play the game and finally see the scope of it, all will become clear.

It would be amazing if now monsters can climb ladders or do other actions...
