I have problem with change resolushion. I want 1280x720 but i have only 1280x1024 because i have 4:3 monitor. Some game have options to graduation screen or black strips on top and down. Do is that options on Amnesia?

Sorry, but as far as I know, there are no options as such in Amnesia. To replace the resolution, why don't you just check the Options > Graphics?

720p is a 16:9 ratio so not for your 4:3 one.
