No Monster Spawning In Every Custom Map I Download

I reinstalled Amnesia for 3 times and put different custom games in it but still no monsters spawning. HELP ME PLEASE!

I installed an Amnesia custom story. When I went into the game none of the monsters will spawn! This happens in the custom story and in the regular game too. Could it be that I messed the files up? If so, how do I change it back to normal?

I placed them in the custom story folder.

I can play all the maps that i have downloaded but there's no monsters spawning even in story mode

The first time I installed it was working fine. I installed a custom map (DARK ROOM) it worked fine monsters were spawning fine. I also installed Staying Alive but there is no monster spawning after I discovered that there is a problem, I tried darkroom playing darkroom again but the monsters were not spawning. I tried reinstalling it but still no monster spawning
