Purchased the game for the wrong OS.

Hey, I checked Steam and noticed the game was available for all platforms, so I purchased the game on Amazon expecting to be able to download for any OS. Turns out only Windows is supported on Amazon so I can't. I assume the Serial Number will work on a mac version, is there any way I can get that?

The copies of FG's store retail, steam and app store are not interchangeable. You need to purchase it for your own platform/operating system.

In your case, you bought the Windows version. You need to purchase the OS X version. Keep in mind, that the Frictional Game's store offers all three versions of the game with one purchase (Windows, OS X, Linux). That's not the case with amazon or the app store of course.

Try contacting Amazon and see if you can get a refund or change it to correct version.
