Daniel wont pick up some needle, but in the same room he does move some boxes and on the other profile he does pick up stuff. So what's the problem there, some bug or?

From were is the game? You might need a file integrity check or reinstall.

Randomly works again after 3 days, thanks anyway.

You probably loaded an earlier save game before entering that specific room. Either way, it works now.
