Yes but unless you have problems whit pirating an adobe product (which everyone does at some point in their lives) You'd be limited in the 30 day demo.
But note this is the "standard" program used by the film industry. Meaning its good.

A bit offtopic, but simply just an info to know... None of Adobe products (even After Effects) is not in use in film industry. Only Final Cut (mostly TV) and in general Avid. Avid is the best for working with real movies.
