Weird Graphics Glitch?

This is my problem. I've used the troubleshooting guides and haven't found anything that has solved my problem. I recently wiped my PC to clean it up, and this happened. This also happened to the first I got the game when it first came out, but it eventually went away, althought I don't remember how I solved it. I've updated my drivers, but there are still these weird reflections, and I've verified my game cache as well. Any help Blush

My graphics card is a ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series, if that helps. Sorry if this has been solved anywhere else, I'm pretty tech-illiterate. My system is a 64-bit and it's a Windows Vista if that helps.

Attach HPL.log file as mentioned at the troubleshooting guide, Problem X in order to check the actual renderer.

You need to update your AMD graphics card drivers to the latest version from AMD.com

I have tried updating before, but it says I have the latest driver version.

If it's a desktop, make sure you have this installed: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/wi...sta64.aspx
