Its a Severed pig head with religious paintings on it. I've seen it on a site before.

A few weeks ago I vaguely remember Samuel Justice saying that the chase sound was similar to the one used in ATDD, just heightened somewhat (or words roughly to that effect).

(note: Samuel worked on the sound for AAMFP, although he left TCR before the game was finished).
