No, I think he means because it's a more gruesome image, some people may get offended or grossed out by this. Which is kinda silly when they're looking into a disturbing game anyway... pffff.

But I see your point, I thought so as well a little after I posted my example image. Still a silly thought though.

I don't think there's a number, I think it's just based on what's bought the most in a certain time frame on Steam.
