RE: [NOT SOLVED] Questions about System Requirements

Alright, fixed so it is not "weird". These are the requierments, of course the game will run on worse computers than this, but we don't want to give the wrong impression and have unhappy customers.

Minimum Requirements
Windows Vista, OS X 10.6.8, Major Linux Distribution from 2010.
Mid-range NVIDIA GeForce 2x0 / ATI Radeon HD 5x00. Integrated Intel HD Graphics should work but is not supported; problems are generally solved with a driver update.
Intel Core i5 CPU or equivalent.
2 GB RAM.
5 GB Free hard disk space.

Recommended Requirements
Windows 7, OS X 10.7.5, Major Linux Distribution from 2012.
High-range NVIDIA GeForce 5x0 / ATI Radeon HD 6x00. Integrated Intel HD Graphics should work but is not supported; problems are generally solved with a driver update.
Intel Core i7 CPU or equivalent.
4 GB RAM.
5 GB Free hard disk space.

RE: [NOT SOLVED] Questions about System Requirements

Alright Jens, thank you for making them clear. They look fine now. Just for those who ask these questions constantly:

1) Windows XP is not recommended or not supported at all?
2) Will there be a small demo for people to test the game before purchasing?
3) Will there be a boxed DVD version of the game?

Again, thx for the effort! Smile

RE: [NOT SOLVED] Questions about System Requirements

1. Don't know, if Amnesia worked, then Pig should work. We have not tested.
2. No demo planned.
3. No DVD planned.

RE: [NOT SOLVED] Questions about System Requirements

Oh, also Jens I got a pm requesting to add the AMD equivalent of the CPU's for minimum and recommended. It makes sense since most people don't have the required knowledge.

RE: [split] Windows XP support for new games

Update: Guys, according to Jens Windows XP has not been tested with AAMFP but most probably it will work provided that Amnesia could work.

RE: [split] Windows XP support for new games

GOG says Windows XP is the minimum to run AAMFP, while all other stores say it's Vista.

HA-HA-HA, most probably one of the APUs like A6 or A8. Give me some time and I'll let you know.
