I have attempted to search the troubleshooting guide to see if i can figure this out. I tried everything that I could have thought of (including updating my drivers, but not limited to re-installing) Version from Steam. Getting black box error code: Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 0023:81E00A4A


The help would be much appriciated.

Try to verify the integrity of the game by right clicking the game's name in the Steam library, click Properties, go to Local Files, and click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE.
