Mouse sensitivity problem

Hi, I have some issues concerning mouse sensitivity. The horizontal axis is fine but the vertical axis is about 2x more sensitive, like a bad console port. Any idea on how to fix this? Anything I should add to user_setting.cfg?

Oh and btw, I play on 3 monitors @ 5760x1200.

Thanks for helping me.

You can check user_setting.cfg, try to search "sensivity" option in the CFG.

But this seemed strange to me.

There's a MouseSensitivity=" " line indeed but nothing concerning X or Y axis, therefore my problem. I'm sure there's an easy way to fix.

Right.

Right. Hmm, interesting. So first, open your user_settings.cfg. Let's say MouseSensivity=3, do it MouseSensivity=2.5 (or whatever you want.)

Then test it, see if it is working. If it isn't, can it be something with your mouse? I heard a mouse which you can adjust mouse's sensivity.

You don't understand. I can change it fine from the game. However, there's no way to change the VERTICAL sensitivity only, independant from the horizontal one. When I move my mouse up or down, it moves twice as much as if I move it left or right, and this is incredibly annoying.

No, I get it, but this must be the strangest bug that I ever seen

RE: Mouse sensitivity problem

Not sure there is a fix for this, the game has been tested on "strange" ratios and worked as it should, possibly it could be to the 3 monitors, which has not really been tested and supported by the game. Maybe there is some 3rd party tool or similar to work around the issue, or play using one monitor instead.

RE: Mouse sensitivity problem

I'd rather "suck it up" and keep playing on my glorious 3 monitors setup, sure it is an annoying issue but believe me you would never go back on a single-monitor. ;o

Anyway, I'll check out my usual widescreen gaming forums.

BTW: Last night before the release, I tested the Justine DLC and I didn't have this issue. I have this 3 monitors setup since early 2013 and I never had this problem before in any other FPS games.
