Bug  Is this part of the game or is this a bug?

Is this a graphical bug or not?

I'm pretty sure you are, but...are you in the room with three guns on the wall as well?

If so, then yes this is part of the the game. You'll find out why very, very soon.

I got it after moving some things around. I just had to make sure that it wasn't an issue on my end.
