Crash to Desktop - Help

So far the game has worked fine with minimal problems (crash at loading screens but restarting the game fixed that) but now every time I click the door in the church basement to go to the main compound, it crashes to the desktop and nothing has solved this problem not even restarting the game. I have updated my drivers, verified my game-cache files, and I even ran the game on the lowest settings but nothing has worked. I am running the game through steam and I am using a laptop (Windows 7 64 bit).

It is due to the unsupported graphics card you are using. Can only suggest to reattempt the solutions you have already tried. People have come further in the game using that card, so it is potentially that you have not updated the drivers successfully.
