Horrible hangs/freezes

I have read lots of forums and tried a few fixes for the issue im having, but nothing has worked yet. I played this game perfectly fine for about 2 hours with no issues, but when I came home from work and loaded my save file the game runs terrible now. Constant hangs and freezes for a split second that totally ruin the game. System specs are:

I7 3770k 4.3ghz
SLI GTX 680s
32gb memory
Asus z77 mobo
windows 7
game installed on ssd

I just dont get why the game worked perfect and now it runs like ass, never expected that or had that happen. Any help would be appreciated cause I have really enjoyed the game thus far and want to see it through.

Have you tried:

1) Doing a steam file integrity check as mentioned at the troubleshooting guide
2) Running the game with one card (SLI/Crossfire have not been tested, scaling might not work properly)
3) If you experience stutters, try stutter7fix which can be found HERE (follow the instructions, delete the .cfg file and continue your game. Any changes will be visible from the next level.)

Ive done all of the above, stutterfix actually made it worse. Its vary strange whats happening, the game runs fine until I try to interact with anything and from that point on completely tanks in performance.

Does this happen if you start a new game as well?

Yes it does, didnt have the issue at all until I loaded my saved game after my initial first 2 hours of playing. As soon as I got to the church and went down to the basement it just kept getting worse. Then it loaded a new section (outdoor above ground) and it appeared fine at first but as soon as I would interact with anything it was right back to horrible fps and freezes. I really want to get back to this game but just cant play it like this.

Okay so I uninstalled the game from steam and redownloaded it and the game is still crashing. Now im at a total loss as to whats wrong. This is the error I get. aamfp.exe caused and Exception_Access_Violation in module aamfp.exe at 0023:013eb681

After the crash occurs attach HPL.log file as mentioned at the troubleshooting guide, Problem X.

I got the game to quit crashing, now I just need it to run smoothly to play it. Game runs perfect but get what seem to be random freezes or hangs that last a half second and then its all smooth again. Again stutterfix didnt help me, nor did changing the the max audio channels.
