Game Freezes (Crashes) After first Load Door

I've been coming across the issue of the game crashing after reaching the first door. I've tried lowering all of the settings and still have the same issue. I've attached my error logs if they are of any use. I have also verified the integrity of the game cache multiple times.

And delete the Amnesia folder in your documents folder. You aren't that far in the game, so you should restart it again with this patch.

I'm a bit confused. I did download the patch and replace the files but nothing seems to have changed. Would I be better off uninstalling and re installing the game and then adding the patch so everything is on a clean slate? I appreciate the help.

If you had checked problem F7 as I said you would understand that your graphics card is not supported and may not be able to run the game.
