For Premontion i'm looking for a couple of small models i need.
The models are :

1; Boltcutter - 2; Picklock tool - 3; Chizel ... 3 different streetsigns. Extra not nescasery -> a small pillar{that red white things on roads..

I cannot help you with the streetsigns or the street pillar, but about the tools, I think you could use some stretched Amnesia models :
you can get a boltcutter by stretching the pincers entity (i tried it and I think it looks pretty great), the picklock tool i harder, but I think you could manage something like it by stretching in different ways the dissect_knife or the chipper. And there is a chizel as well ^^

If you want to make them as pickable items, you can just set an interact callback that gives you the item, and create a slight pointlight around them that fades when the item is picked. Or you can make them pickable items by changing the models though I have no idea how to do it.

It was supposed to be part of a puzzle in a dead project I worked on, But you can use it, credit however you wish its not good portfolio anyway.
It also includes an ent that has it work like a lever, I remember doing some test with the triggers so you could use it same way on what its used on as the crowbar was used on a door in TDD.
