Precise the question maybe : ) ? Where in the world, in which social groups, what do you consider as fascism exactly (is extreme nationalism the same as fascism for you ?) ? And how do you define the ideology of a century ?
The question is aout interesting topics I don't doubt it, but to me it feels like it doesn't get anywhere near being precise enough to allow the beginning of an answer.
