I began lucid dreaming after only two days of recognizing my dreams. I was flying with another above luminescent willow trees taller than the clouds. The air tasted of honey. Amongst us were the phoenixes, that died and were reborn mid-flight. We were swimming with them, through the air and above, space shifting around us.

My laptop, a windows 7, keeps getting blue screen. Here are the causes so far:

-Loading Ocarina of Time on an N64 emulator
-Closing a python script
-Browsing NaNoWriMo

they're not that hard to remember for like the week i actually tried to learn to lucid dream i just constantly thought "remember your dreams" as i was getting ready for bed and then falling asleep, and then you kind of just get it stuck in your head and then when you wake up you do

oh yeah i gave up after like three entries cause that shit takes way too long to write down lol

Back on lucid dreaming note, i have had a few.. Nothing note worthy.

I only wrote about the interesting parts of my dream. That way, you can influence yourself to dream in the way you please by remembering certain bits.

so writing down logs really works huh? I'd love to have some lucid dreaming... I havent written any notes about my dreams yet but given that i have a preety good memory of what i dream i think i'm slowly advancing without even trying. I noticed that unlike before, now whenever i dream i almost always realise that its a dream, i wake up shortly after but... Yeah Big Grin

Before that, whenever i had a dream i thought its a reality untill i woke up.

Anyone here really pro with lucid dreaming? By pro i mean has complete control over his dreams and wakes up when he wants to? Or atleast a bit.

Also the notes thingy, you're supposed to write in there about your every dream you have (what happened and stuff) ? Daaamn i've googled a bit and if what some of the lucid dreamers say is true, lucid dreaming is beyond completely awesome.

When you feel yourself slipping from dream to reality, try cognitive exercises (in the dream), like spinning around or standing on your head. This oddly has an effect on your Cortex and extends the dream. I learned this when my alarm clock started playing Eleanor Rigby and I turned into A FUCKING TORNADO!
