Because for one, I hate doing anything personal with anybody. I don't want to end up a sweaty mess on another sweaty mess in a bed soaked in juices just for a few seconds of intense pleasure -- or minutes, hours, whatever. I can sort of relate to ALIAS.

He doesn't want sex.
I don't want to ever drink alcohol.

Now to me sex is something natural and I don't have any major thoughts that prevent me from wanting any like ALIAS seems to have.

A lot of people ask me why I refuse to drink alcohol. My excuse it because I hate what it does to people and I want to be forever in control of myself. Not to mention my family seems to have a really bad problem with alcohol. It kind of makes me feel happy when I don't drink it and other people are. Might sound weird.

Now to me that sounds perfectly reasonable as an excuse. ALIAS' is a little strange to me and I don't fully understand it. Therefor I can't and won't criticize because its not fair to with something you can't understand.
