Probably just because it is a third-party SCP, it is not hard coded into the game, therefore inappropriate for the wiki.

Well...It looks fake.I never heard of "River Cat".Idk what Third Party mod is he talking about.Theres an text at top left which says Infected something and looks like paint text.

actually the license SCPCB and the SCP wiki are under (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/) allows you to use the models or anything else in the game even without my permission, as long as you give credit to the original authors. So yeah, go ahead and good luck with the project.
