The SCP-914 video looks pretty awful. You need to fill up the room more, looks empty. Also, try to put more walls, we can see black parts.

Lighting is generally bad also, try to make a particular color setting for the rooms. Also, there are places that are not well-lit even though there are a lot of light sources. What I recommend is a small and strong pointlight near the light source and basically larger and weak pointlights far from the light source.

I just give my advice and opinion here too: What i looked those both gameplay videos.. if they really are alpha / beta versions, they still look pretty poor and less detailed, try add more atmosphere like some effects, lights and yes entities, just to fill some rooms with nice stuff and also some particles too.

Overall you have great potential to make this good, just don't rush it focus, don't get angry right away if some ppl here give you some criticism, I have (this kind of situations faced before too) and I learned two things:

1. Never ever, fight back what ppl are saying to you, no matter what.. then you are only making it worse and feeding those ppl to argue more and more. Always appreciate criticism and you are doing good and not causing any trouble for anyone.

2. Always play cool, honor other's opinions and sometimes just obey them and overall be nice to everyone here, there are not your enemy and if they are for no reason (there are just trolling), ignore those kind of peoples.

It's just not only how the desing is, there's other things worth mentioning, such as lighting, mapping, decals, primitives, that kind of stuff, i see those being the issue.

And also SCP doesn't have so good graphics, it's not capable of doing so well yet.
But hpl is, that's why this looks little "poor" in comparison.

And Tessbull i kindly ask you to stop that. Do not do things which aren't necessary. You're just annoying him.
