I'm playing it, is just a Gorgeous Mod but.. there are some missing textures, or bug textures, here are some examples.. is frustrating to play without floor

I don't know if it's a graphical glitch/bug on my end or if it's a bug in the custom story, but (not sure if I should put this into spoilers since this is one of the first rooms that you come across) in the lounge/bar area, there is a red couch going through the floor. Any fix, or...?

I have searched everywhere and I did not find a safe. I already got the key and woke up at my couch again, but I have no idea where that safe would be. Any hints, or am I just being dumb?

I have found the mixing machine behind the walls, and I have plugged in 1 compound. I only need the other to charge the battery, but I am unable to find it. With so many rooms it is a tough place to search, if you miss things the first time.
In my inventory I currently also have an empty beer bottle aside from the matches.

Where to find the other compound?

The huge silver thing in the wall next to the desk where you found the matchbox is the safe.

For The Mug:

Use the empty bottle in the sink of the bathroom nearest where you found the bottle and note. There is a fireplace in that same hallway, I believe, and you must use the water in the bottle to put out the fire to grab the safe key. The other compound can be found in the safe.
