Tried to fix the images and left the bare links alone. That was the only way to make it work.

Is there anyway to make the particle track the players movement? Like what most sun flare FX does. It is just static.

MMmmhh, no, I don't think so. This is the furthest I got.
If you think about it, actually all the particles are already facing the player all the time, but not the movement they make, there's no option to move facing the player, so it's set to where the ps object is facing.
Maybe if you create an entity out of it and somehow make it perma face the player, (like a npc head) it could work.
But don't worry too much, just lower its fade distance so that it's only visible when the player has it in his face. As if the effect were happening because he's got sunlight in his face.

I, personally, don't think it's possible to do what you are saying (at least, not with a good-looking result). Particles are static, it's just the content they emit that moves.

So, sorry but I don't think it's possible.
