Aaaaaand it's back! Well, I was never gone, I just wasn't posting updates on this thread because progress was slow. I made a trailer! I wanted to get interest for this going again, because I'm getting close to the release date. Get your hype train rolling! Choo choo, bitches!

Yo this trailer looks amazing, your mapping definitely creates such an immersive atmosphere. If I had to give one critique just for the trailer, next time you should cut a little of the beginning off each clip so it's constant walking instead of each clip being "standing-walking-standing-walking". Add some variety to the types of scenes you have

hey, thank you so much for the critiques! I appreciate feedback with actual improvements and tips rather than "it's not good" or similar comments. I'm very very novice at video editing, so it could definitely have been done better!

at any rate, I've got some progress updates for those who are interested. the development of this project is very much 0-60 for a week or two at a time. Jellybean and I have been working really hard lately on what is basically the final encounter of the entire story. I don't want to show any spoilers, but you can definitely have more neat atmospheric goodness! All credit for this room goes to Jellybean!

I'm just really happy to be part of this and learning more nifty tricks! Working on this final map and testing the rest has been super exciting for me c: It's been really hard to not say anything and act like I know nothing about this project outside of these posts, so I'm glad the cat's out of the bag :p

Making that fireplace was definitely the most fun and creative exercise I've had in a while. My poor, rusty creative brain started running again and pushed the school work out for a bit :D
